HDI 2004 has negotiated a special rate of $129.00 single/double occupancy.
HDI will offer a shuttle service between the overflow hotels and the Gaylord Palms Hotel. Shuttles will be available during the following hours:
Sunday, April 18th 6:30am - 8:30pm
Monday, April 19th 6:00am - 10:00am and 3:00pm - 7:00pm
Tuesday, April 20th 6:00am - 10:00am and 4:30pm - 11:00pm
Wednesday, April 21st 6:30am - 1:30pm

| The conference hotel is now sold out. We have negotiated a special conference rate at the Sheraton Safari Hotel as our overflow hotel. Conveniently located in the heart of Lake Buena Vista, the Sheraton Safari Hotel is located less than 1/8 mile from the entrance to the Walt Disney World Resort. |

*A $10.00 service resort fee will be added to each room night.

To make reservations, please call (407) 586-2000 or online or download the reservation form and reference the ITIM conference rate. Hotel sleeping rooms will be held at special conference rates until September 6, 2005 (or until they sell out) and will be based upon availability after this date.
Reservations require a deposit equivalent to the first night's room and tax. Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund of your room reservation deposit. |
