card. Billing is available. Invoices are payable upon receipt and prepayment
(or a federal government purchase order) is required by April 2, 2004.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing. You may cancel without penalty until March 5, 2004, after which a $150 cancellation will be charged. Cancellations after March 19, 2004 or no shows will be charged the full conference rate.
