General Sponsors of the Welcome Reception will be recognized with

Conference T-Shirt Sponsorship
Sponsor the conference t-shirt and you will draw every attendee
at the conference directly to your booth! Attendees receive, with
their registration package, a voucher with your company’s name and
booth number to redeem for their t-shirt. They must visit your booth.
This sponsorship does not include the cost of production for the
t-shirt, which features your company’s logo and message prominently
on either the front or back, along with the conference logo.

the conference party. This premier sponsorship opportunity is an

Advertising Panels

your company’s customized message/advertisement. You supply the
artwork according to specifications, and we produce, mount, and
insure placement of your panel. Panels are 3 feet wide by 8 feet
high, and are placed in a prominent location lining a major attendee
thoroughfare.

Sponsor the cybercafé/email network and capture attendee’s attention
each time they access their email with a screen saver on all computers
with your company’s logo/message, table tents next to each work
station with your logo, and hang a huge banner in the cybercafé.
We will provide literature racks for your collateral at the email
station, and promote your sponsorship in the show guide and signage
for attendees promoting the cybercafé/email network.

Prize Giveaway Vendor Opportunity
Take part in this sponsorship opportunity, and we will drive traffic
to your company’s booth all show long! Attendees must collect a
stamp from participating vendors to be eligible for the exciting
prizes raffled off at the Expo Prize Giveaway session on Tuesday
afternoon. We require that each sponsor of this opportunity donate
a prize valued at $150 or more.

Meet with customers and prospects in an environment away from the
bustle of the show floor for use exclusively by your company’s staff.
Have space to run more mini-demos for prospects you want to take
"beyond the booth. "Have a central meeting location for your company’s
representatives to use as a base of operations. We will build a
15’by 25’ hard-walled, carpeted space at the rear of the expo for
your company’s use during the three days of the expo. If you choose,
