To expedite your registration, please have your Visa, MasterCard or American Express card available when you call, or mail your payment by check or credit card. Billing is available. Invoices are payable upon receipt and prepayment (or a federal government purchase order) is required by March 4, 2005. Please make checks payable to HDI.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing. You may cancel without penalty until January 28, 2005, after which a $150 cancellation will be charged. Cancellations after February 7, 2005 or no shows will be charged the full conference rate.
