2010 HDI Analyst of the Year
Michael Yon, Southeast Corporate Federal Credit Union, Tallahassee, FL
Representing the First Coast Jacksonville, FL Local Chapter and the Southeast Region
Michael Yon, Service Desk Technician for the corporate headquarters of Southeast Corporate Federal Credit Union, was selected from the six finalists representing each of the HDI Local Chapter Regions. Michael provides technical support and customer service to the Southeast Corporate FCU Tallahassee, FL corporate headquarters as well as remote services to the Jacksonville office and member credit unions throughout the Southeast.
Mr. Yon has been a part of the Southeast Corporate FCU technical team since he began his career in 2003. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), a CompTIA A+ and Network+ Certified Professional, and is an HDI Certified Desktop Support Technician.

Cheryl Force, Monsanto
Cheryl began her career with Monsanto as a contractor in 1997 performing both desk-side visits and helpdesk calls for specific buildings within a campus. After two years, she moved to Monsanto executive support. Other roles Cheryl has held include: coordinator for deskside team, engagement management for web engineering and team lead for IT Education and eLearning Development, responsible for bringing the creation of CBTs in-house for the business and safety teams within Monsanto.
She is currently the IT Service Desk Team Lead for St. Louis, responsible for the direction of the desk-side team, the helpdesk and remote IT team.

Internal Support: DaVita
DaVita provides dialysis services for those diagnosed with chronic kidney failure, a condition also known as chronic kidney disease (CKD). DaVita IT Services provide internal IT support to 1,400 outpatient dialysis centers, acute units in 700 hospitals, and 10 business offices in 43 states and the District of Columbia. Their IT Services are located in Tacoma, WA with a staff of 148 first and second tier support analysts, serving approximately 110,000 patients diagnosed with chronic kidney failure.

Peak 10’s mission is to be the leading independent data center operator and managed services provider delivering scalable, economical and reliable solutions for hosting and managing complex information technology infrastructure. The entire Peak 10support organization consisted of 170+ people spread across the Eastern United States in Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Cincinnati, OH, Jacksonville, FL, Louisville, KY, Nashville, TN, Raleigh, NC, Richmond, VA and Tampa, FL. Peak 10 Support (the central help desk) consists of twelve Peak 10 Employees with a broad base of technology backgrounds.
