HDI offers three different partner levels to qualified professional training companies. HDI partners are authorized to deliver HDI’s comprehensive certification training for service and support professionals in regional markets. HDI partners use HDI official curriculum to expand the knowledge of support professionals. HDI certification courses are designed to build skills and assist the individual in preparing for HDI certification.
HDI seeks highly professional training companies who recognize the value of best practices in the IT service and support role. HDI Partners meet standards of excellence at all levels of product delivery and customer service. HDI partners are required to use HDI Certified Instructors to deliver HDI courses.
