HDI Analyst of the Year Award Winner: Josh Reid



In March 2003, a year after his high school graduation, Josh was hired for a Level II Help Desk position at Schriever Air Force Base. He was skeptical about being hired for a position he felt was completely out of reach. But with the help of a few friends, his boss, and his father, Joshua excelled at his new position.

A love of computers and the support of many gave Josh the boost he needed to overcome hurdles, leading him to a successful 4 year journey of constant concern for his mission of becoming the best Level II LAN Support Technician at Schriever Air Force Base.

Josh believes his greatest and most important characteristic for his team is his desire for great customer service and satisfaction.
