Trina Thomason is currently the Director of Help Desk Services and Production Support for Advance America Cash Advance stores. She and her team are responsible for providing internal support for all employees throughout the U.S. and Canada. Prior to becoming the Help Desk Director, Trina held such positions as Help Desk Analyst I & II, Knowledge Engineer, Telecom Specialist and Operations Manager. She is certified in Knowledge Management, Project Management (PMP) and also holds A+ and Net + certifications. She has been involved with local HDI Chapter for approximately 3 years first as VP of Sponsorship and now as President. |
Joyce Gunter is a Client Analyst III at Self Regional Healthcare. She has been employed with Self Regional for over 24 years. Approximately 11 years ago, she stepped into the I.T. world. She and her team of seven maintain the hardware and software support for over 2,000 employees. Joyce is certified as a HEAT Administrator as well as A+ Certified. She has been involved with HDI for over two years as VP of Finance. |

Nathan Gillow is a Graduate Assistant at Bob Jones University. He is pursuing a Masters of Accountancy. He works as a Team Leader for the schools computer department. He also works for an accounting firm part time as their computer technician and auditor. He first experienced HDI through one of the training meetings. He accepted the position as Co-VP of Communications and looks forward to his ability to participate. |

Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and integrity of the Local Chapter website. The Chapter Webmaster works closely with all officers to include chapter news, calendars of events, links to HDI, support industry sites and additional educational links. The Webmaster is responsible for keeping the website current and up-to-date with HDI website. |
