HDI Analyst of the Year Banquet
The Indiana Chapter (Indiana Help Desk Professionals), a
local chapter of HDI, the world's largest membership association for the
service and support industry, was founded in 1991. Our membership is composed of helpdesk staff, consultants,
technicians, managers, vendors and others who are active in the help desk, customer
support and customer service fields. We draw our members from the entire state
of Indiana.
A big thank you to Brooksource for hosting our annual planning meeting. Thanks to all of you who attended and shared your great ideas.
Our October meeting will be Wednesday, October 15 at Citizens Gas with Doug Krantz presenting on Help Desk Metrics, one of the requested topics from our planning session. We will begin at 1:00pm EDT networking and our meeting will begin at 1:30pm.
