The January meeting on Knowledge Management sparked a great interest in learning more about KCS. We heard you request! We have teamed up with HDI to bring Knowledge Management Foundations: KCS Principles to Omaha, NE on May 13 – 15th.
This course is designed for support center professionals, supervisors, managers, and directors responsible for managing their support centers’ resources and improving service. The course will help you adopt a Knowledge-Center Support (KCS) strategy that will shirt your support from a call-centric model to a knowledge-oriented model.
