The North Coast HDI Chapter holds regular meetings on the
3rd Wednesday of each month throughout the year.
Special events may be scheduled in addition to regular
meetings. Be sure to check the Newsletter and visit
the Programs page for updated information and directions.
Meetings and special events are hosted by member companies
or held at central locations such as in Independence, or at
Sleepy Hollow Golf Course in Brecksville.
The typical meeting agenda includes:
Member Networking, Business Meeting, Program and a Help Desk
Tour, if available.
Chapter Mission Statement
The North Coast Chapter of HDI mission
is to support and encourage its members in the IT Service
and Support Profession. This is done through a series of
regular and special meetings, which provide industry
relevant information and discussions on a variety of
industry topics. These meetings promote networking and
information exchange among members, encourage an environment
in which to build business alliances, and create the
opportunity to make connections with people of differing
career paths and levels of experience. Our success is
defined by our ability to address topics that are pertinent
to our members, which will assist them both personally and
professionally in their IT Service and Support Career. This
will in turn benefit their respective employers as well as
help to build a better, more educated support industry
within in our local area.
Our chapter
supports and promotes HDI activities, maintains effective
chapter management and has a close working relationship with
HDI.
