On Thursday, May 24th, we will be pleased to have a guest speaker join us at HDI!  Given the breadth of technical and ITIL meetings we have previously held, our guest speaker will be presenting on “The Human Factor – Motivating the Team.”  Steve Jones has worked in the education system, at B.F. Goodrich, and after 20 years as VP or the Consultant Division of Franklin Covey joined the Associated Food Stores family.  His work there helped corporate owned stores reduce turnover by 20% and increase efficiencies by 15%.  Steve currently is owner and President of Training and Consulting Dynamics, specializing in helping organizations and teams develop a culture of coaching and development.  We are excited to have him join us for the day!
