The event will take place April 16–19, 2013, at the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV. With more than 2,200 technical support professionals, managers, and executives expected to attend, HDI 2013 will be the largest crowd to date.
Keynote speakers include Steve Wozniak, cofounder of Apple Computer, and Aron Ralson, best-selling author and real-life inspiration for the movie 127 Hours. The lineup also features motivational speaker and best-selling author Lieutenant Colonel Rob “Waldo” Waldman, Travelocity founder and Kayak.com chairman Terry Jones, and accomplished author and actor Scott Christopher.
