IT service and support professionals make up a close-knit community, and its members lean on each other to keep up to date on best practices in a rapidly changing environment.

At HDI, we rely on you to help us provide information that your colleagues can use in our articles. That’s why each year, we put out a call for featured contributors to contribute to HDI’s resources library.

Are you a service and support professional with a passion for what you do and for sharing your experience? Do you enjoy helping others in the industry excel at their jobs? Consider becoming an HDI Featured Contributor for 2022!

Featured contributors write 6 or more articles/blogs per year, and we showcase their insights in the SupportWorld weekly newsletter. Contributors will coordinate with Craig Idlebrook, the editor, on ideas and scheduling for drafts.

In return for being a featured contributor, you'll receive a badge for social profiles, a complimentary pass to SupportWorld Live or Service Management World, and the chance to showcase your knowledge to thought leaders in the industry.

To put yourself in the running to be an HDI featured contributor, click here. You do not need to have a Google account to fill out the form.

The deadline for consideration is December 10th. We hope to hear from you soon!

Craig Idlebrook manages the HDI awards and edits for HDI and ICMI.
