Solution Provider Participation in HDI Local Chapters
HDI has more than sixty local chapters in North America, all of which are non-profit affiliates of HDI. Each local chapter is run by a board of elected volunteers who agree to a set of policies and practices in order to be recognized as an HDI Local Chapter and receive support from HDI. Their goal is to provide local and regional opportunities for technical support professionals to learn, network, and grow their careers through regular meetings and activities.
Industry solution providers are welcome to become active HDI members and get involved in the HDI Local Chapter community! While these events are not sales opportunities, we encourage solution providers to join in and meet people, generate visibility for their business, and connect with clients and prospects. And since each HDI Local Chapter has its own sponsorship program, solution providers can even sponsor entire chapter meetings and other special chapter events, and propose speakers to educate and inform on industry hot topics — no sales pitches, please.
