Tom Wible is a program lead at CGI Federal on the US Environment Protection Agency (EPA) Central Data Exchange (CDX) IT Service account. Tom currently leads software development and support activities for the Toxics Release Inventory program and a number of regulatory reporting applications within EPA’s Office of Air and Radiation (OAR). Tom has more than twenty years of experience implementing IT systems in the public and private sector. In addition to holding an MBA and a certificate in ITIL Foundations, Tom is a certified Project Management Professional, Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, and Document Imaging Architect.
Shane Knipschild is the Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) program manager for the US Environmental Protection Agency and the liaison for TRI Central Data Exchange (CDX) activities. In this role, he manages contracts, financials, budgets, software release schedules, and other related TRI activities. Shane has more than twenty-five years of experience designing, building, and implementing IT systems for private and government entities. In addition to holding an MS in environmental science and industrial hygiene, Shane holds certifications in several software development platforms and is a certified Registered Environmental Manager and Project Management Professional.
