About Our Presenters:
Rick Joslin
Rick Joslin is executive director of training and certification at HDI and facilitates the activities of the HDI Desktop Support Advisory Board. In 1999, he won the Service 25 Award and has been widely acknowledged as one of the most influential minds in the support industry. Rick is responsible for the development, sales, and delivery of HDI’s certification and training offerings. He is a certified Knowledge-Centered Support (KCS) instructor and guides organizations through KCS implementation.
Pat Albright
Pat Albright, HDI’s manager of support center services, is responsible for the management and development of HDI services offerings, including HDI Support Center Certification and HDI Support Center Assessment Services. As part of the HDI certification and training team, Pat also manages the work of the HDI International Certification Standards Committee, which includes the maintenance and development of HDI standards
