Product Showcase Sessions
The Product Showcase is a session in which your company can present
directly to the audience on your support/service solution. There
are seven showcase opportunities at the upcoming HDI 2006 Conference
& Expo; each product showcase runs exclusively alongside conference
sessions in the same session block. This session takes
place in a meeting room and includes seating for 50 attendees, a
microphone, projector and screen. The showcase session will be promoted
on the event website alongside the conference sessions, and in the
registration materials distributed to attendees at the event. Product
Showcases will take place on Monday (3/20), Tuesday (3/21) and
Wednesday morning (3/22).
New Product Launch/Release Promotions Package
The HDI Annual Conference & Expo is the ideal venue to present product
demonstrations, make announcements and launch new products. Half-hour
segments run during Expo hours and will be the forum at which attendees
gather to hear the latest and greatest about your company’s newest
offering. Your company representatives present a live “mini-session,”
and have access to an entire package of public relations opportunities,
which include:
- The HDI 2006 Launch Pad - a stage in the Expo Hall positioned
for 30 minute demo/product presentations
- Assistance with announcement press release writing, editing,
and distribution via newswire service, to HDI’s targeted media/analyst
list, and online and onsite 2006 press room
- Assistance with set-up of pre-show and onsite briefings with
targeted media and analysts
- Assistance with approaching appropriate product reviewers
- Onsite assistance with stage presentation
- Opportunity for press conference
- Access to briefing area
- Presentations will be promoted in attendee onsite materials
