Conference T-Shirt Sponsorship
Sponsor the conference t-shirt and you will draw every attendee at the conference directly to your booth! Attendees receive, with their registration package, a voucher with your company’s name and booth number to redeem for their t-shirt. They must visit your booth. This sponsorship does no include the cost of production for the t-shirt, which features your company’s logo and message prominently on either the front or back, along with the conference logo.

Conference Party
Be the host to conference attendees as they relax and unwind at the conference party. This premier sponsorship opportunity is an excellent way to set your company apart from the rest and can be customized to meet your marketing objectives. Advertising Panels

You supply the artwork according to specifications, and we produce, mount, and insure placement of your panel. Panels are 3 feet wide by 8 feet high, and are placed in a prominent location lining a major attendee thoroughfare.

Take part in this sponsorship opportunity, and we will drive traffic to your company’s booth all show long! Attendees must collect a stamp from participating vendors to be eligible for the exciting prizes raffled off at the Expo Prize Giveaway session on Tuesday afternoon. We require that each sponsor of this opportunity donate a prize valued at $150 or more.

Product Demo Suites/Meeting Rooms
Meet with customers and prospects in an environment away from the bustle of the show floor for use exclusively by your company’s staff. Have space to run more mini-demos for prospects you want to take “beyond the booth.” Or use this as a central meeting location for your company’s representatives to use as a base of operations. We will build a 15’by 25’ hard-walled, carpeted space at the rear of the expo for your company’s use during the three days of the expo. If you choose, you may order booth services such as electrical drop, telephone lines, furniture and Internet connectivity separately.
