mail your payment by check or credit card. Billing is available.
Invoices are payable upon receipt and prepayment (or a federal government
purchase order) is required by April 1, 2007. Please make checks
payable to HDI.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing. You may cancel without
penalty until March 23, 2007, after which a $150 cancellation will
be charged. Cancellations after April 13, 2007 or no shows will
be charged the full conference rate. |
