As 2019 draws to a close, we want to take the opportunity to celebrate the service and support community. This industry is full of people dedicated to their craft, who strive for excellence every day.  And what better way to celebrate than to acknowledge the people who challenge us to provide better service and support for our customers, elevate our businesses, implement leading edge technology, and improve processes so all our stakeholders can benefit.

It’s time to nominate the Top 25 Thoughts Leaders in Technical Support and Service Management for 2020. We want to hear from you, the members of the tech support and service management community. Tell us who you turn to for guidance. Who has influenced you the most and helped you advance your career? Help us identify those people who are shaping the future of technical support and service management.

We’ll use your suggestions to put together the list of HDI’s Top 25 Thought Leaders in Technical Support and Service Management.

Take the survey!

Maybe it was a blog series you read that made you think about things differently. Maybe it was a presentation at HDI Conference & Expo (now known as SupportWorld Live) or at Service Management World that made you think about something a little differently, gave you someplace to start from, or gave you the guidance you needed to continue improving in your work. Maybe it was someone you met at an HDI Local Chapter meeting who helped you understand the direction you needed to move forward. Whoever it was, we know that someone had an impact on your thinking about your work and your profession this year.

Our very short survey will be open through December 31, 2019, to ask you who should be included on our list. We very much appreciate your time and input in helping us identify the people who are shaping the future of technical support and service management.
