Dewayne Dillard is a senior help desk technician with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He has worked in the IT support industry since 2003. Dewayne is currently responsible for handling advanced frontline support issues, mentoring staff members, and assisting management in the day-to-day operations of the help desk. He received his MBA and BS in information technology with a concentration in software engineering from the University of Phoenix, and he’s currently pursuing his Doctorate in business administration. Dewayne has served as webmaster for the HDI Mid-Ohio local chapter since January 2013.
