Earl Begley is an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience. He started his career as a workstation support technician and, over the years, he has been a cable installer, network administrator, bar code application programmer, LAN administrator, data center manager, and service desk team manager. Earl earned his BA in business administration from Alice Lloyd College and his BA in computer information systems from Eastern Kentucky University. Additionally, he has earned numerous professional certifications, including Master Microsoft Office Specialist, Microsoft Authorized Instructor, ITIL v3 Foundations, and ISO/IEC 20000 Foundations.
