Lucia Caron has 20 years of experience in the IT industry focusing on operations analysis, due diligence and impact analysis assessments, managing rapid technical change, process design and implementation, the effective use of information technology and aligning IT solutions to corporate business needs. Lucia is a results-driven leader in the IT industry, well-known for her effective and innovative management of technology teams and ability to improve technology operations. Lucia holds a Doctorate degree in Management, Organizational Leadership, specializing in information systems and technology, a Master of Science degree in Information Systems and Technology and an undergraduate degree in Sociology with a Minor in Business. Lucia oversees technical support teams for Verint Systems. Lucia has previously provided oversight to IT support operations for Network Alliance, and directed all activities related to enterprise change management for the U.S. Department of Interior. Previous to her role with DoI, Lucia was a Principle with SRA International, where she facilitated the growth of the technical support organization from a local group to a national, highly-respected, support group and improved and standardized operations throughout the internal technology support organization.
