John Butler



John Butler is currently Sr. Manager of IT Services at Corner Bakery Café, where he oversees Level 1 and Level 2 Café Support, Corporate Desktop Support, and QA. He has been involved with HDI since 2008 and has served locally as a member of the Leadership Council as well as Officer, and currently in the role as VP of Operations. John also served nationally on the Retail Forum Steering Committee and the International Certification Standards Committee. John has over 15 years of management experience in the Hospitality industry on the operations side, and over 15 years of IT management and director-level experience. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and his Master of Science degree in Management and Administrative Sciences from the University of Texas at Dallas. He has certifications for A+, Net+, MCP and ITIL v3 and HDI SC Manager. John has broad management experience in supplier and client relationships, projects, and cross-functional teams. He is adept at providing solutions for process improvement, problem-solving, relationship building, and utilizing key talent to their fullest potential.
