Executive Forum

The HDI Executive Forum provides an opportunity for senior-level IT support directors and executives to engage in strategic communication about support center issues, discuss benchmarking ideas, and develop and refine support center best practices.

Who Should Join

Participants include senior-level IT service and support directors and executives from large organizations with more than 50 IT support staff members. To maintain an interactive, personal environment, the Forum is limited to about 35 members.
