Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing. You may cancel without penalty until October 9, 2009, after which a $150 cancellation fee will be charged. No-shows and cancellations after October 23, 2009 will be charged the full conference rate. Cancellation policies apply to pre-conference, conference, and post-conference workshop registrations.
