She audited TIVIT, the first company to offer integrated services of IT Infrastructure, Systems, Applications and BPO in Brazil, and CPM Braxis Capgemini, a company with more than six thousand employees in Brazil that is focused strategy coupled with passion.
With 13 years of experience in service desk and on-site support, Cintia has broad knowledge of management teams, development strategy for improvement, development of processes, monitoring, scaling teams, cost control,maximizing ROI, scripts, and methodologies. He audited some companies to offer integrated services of IT Infrastructure, Systems, Applications and BPO in Brazil, 22 years of experience in IT Governance and IT infrastructure, with 17 years dedicated to the support centers, Process Modeling and Implementation of best practices. Post-graduate in Information Technology and certified methodologies qualities such as ITIL, COBIT, COPC, HDI and KCS I managed five major support centers, implemented in Cielo Problem Management, expand the Service Desk to other areas ( Financial services, HR and Admin) with financial reduction of 51%, he worked in the management of Service Desk in SondaIT, with 13% turnover reduction to 3% and increased from 11 to to 22 clients with over 300 analysts currently use my experience to teach courses and conduct assessment in support centers in the country by HDI.
