Welcome to the Northern New England Chapter of HDI, your local association for Help Desk and Client Support professionals. Our group is newly formed as of July 2007. We provide a forum for networking and education, with monthly meetings, a website, newsletters and peer to peer events. 

HDI - NNE is actively involved in regional and North American Help Desk Institute activities. This affiliation benefits our local chapter by providing direct links to the leaders in our industry and facilitates the sharing of best practices and new ideas.

Getting involved with The Northern New England Chapter of HDI is an excellent way for both new and established employees as well as managers to keep up with our fast changing industry.
