ITIL® Training and Certification Courses

The ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) courses review the five ITIL books that aid with the implementation of an IT Service Management lifecycle framework. ITIL is a top-down, business driven IT service management approach that addresses the strategic business value generated by the IT organization and the delivery of quality IT services. ITIL® v3 Foundations

This LCS®-accredited course provides IT professionals with industry certification of the ITIL best practices framework. During this three day course, participants will learn how to improve IT operations and demonstrate overall business value. A 1-hour proctored ITIL Foundations Certification exam is conducted on the last day. This certification is a pre-requisite for all other ITIL certification courses. ITIL® v3 Lite

An online, self-guided course that gives IT and non-IT staff a high level introduction to concepts, terms, benefits, and relationships within the core IT Service Management processes and functions. This course raises awareness and understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 framework and its application. This is an awareness course and does not have a certification exam.

ITIL® v2 Lite

This online training course gives IT and non-IT staff a high level introduction to concepts, terms, benefits, and relationships within the core IT Service Management processes and functions. This course raises awareness and understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and its application.

ITIL® v3 Bridge Self Study Guide

This self study guide is intended to provide the student with the basic knowledge needed to prepare for the ITIL v3 Bridge exam, and fast track their v3 certification. The content focuses on items that have changed from ITIL v2, and new content that has been added. To assist in the learning process the content is supplemented with key diagrams, an integrative review exercise, a mock exam, and a glossary of terms and acronyms.

ITIL® v3 Bridge Course –Public Courses

A one-day course for those who are ITIL^®v2 Foundation certified and desire to earn the ITIL^® v3 Foundation certification. A proctored exam is conducted at the end of the course. Learn more.
