Jane Leahy, HDI Nebraska Local Chapter

Jane is a Mid-West native, wife, mother and grandmother of 4. A "foodie" and red wine enthusiast, Jane has a passion for gatherings with family and friends in addition to enjoying travel and gardening. Her affinity to the Emerald isle is exhibited through her love of Irish music and a hobby of Irish dance.

Professionally, she is passionate driver of change that targets unrivaled IT support experiences under-pinned by effective service management, service delivery transparency and cross-functional teamwork. Fifteen years’ experience leading an IT service desk team aligned to HDI and service management best practices, KCS knowledge management, and team coaching/development. Responsible for the successful operation and ongoing development of technical support team, application of service desk best practices and evolvement of ITSM roadmap to enable continual IT service improvement Specialties includes IT Service Improvement, KCS Knowledge Management certified, HDI Best Practices, ITIL Foundations V.3 Certified, HDI Certified Help Desk Manager, Achieve Global Certified Trainer and is as well a Rapport Leadership International Master Graduate.
