How to join a Forum

Signing up for an annual Forum package must be done by contacting the HDI Account Manager assigned to the area where your company is located. Our account managers will help place you into the Forum that will bring you the most value.


Seven years ago our company decided to participate in the HDI forums. During those years, my experience with the forums have been beneficial to my company and my career. Without a doubt, it allowed me to propose new changes within our organization and exposed me to the proper procedures within the Help Desk industry. In 2011, with the knowledge I learned as being a part of HDI, I proposed creating an in-house internal support center. In 2014, we have a 95% satisfaction rate and it has saved the company over 100K annually in costs. This project would never have happened had I not learned so much within HDI. In April 2013, I was honored as HDI Manager of the Year! Another accomplishment that may have never transpired had I not been involved with HDI and the forums.
