I have been working in the IT field for over 17 years supporting every technology imaginable and a few unimaginable ones too. I take great pride in building customer service-focused technical support teams. In my current role I get to mentor and train my student technicians in the ever changing world of IT. Also I am an officer (VP of Programming) in our local HDI chapter. I also previously served on the Desktop Support Advisory Board for National HDI.
