Krista Ciccozzi has more than twenty-three years of experience in support. She’s currently the service desk director for Nexworks, a division of ExamWorks. In addition to receiving her BA in organizational communication and her certificate in business leadership from Marylhurst University, Krista is a certified Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, a certified HDI Help Desk Director, and a certificate-holder from the Dale Carnegie Leadership for Managers program.
