Michael Little is currently the IS support center manager at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH. He has been involved with the Mid-Ohio HDI local chapter since 2007, and he is currently serving as the chapter’s president. Mike’s number-one rule when it comes to good customer service is, “Never, ever trust the users.”
