The HDI Retail Forum provides an opportunity for IT support managers, directors, and executives from retail chains, restaurants, and hospitality, to engage in a strategic level of communication about similar support center issues, discuss benchmark ideas, and the development of support center best practices.

Who Should Join

Participants include senior-level IT service and support managers, directors, and executives. To maintain an interactive, personal environment, the Forum is limited to about 35 members.

Reservation Procedures:

A special group rate of $159/night has been arranged and will be available until May 25, 2012. Individual HDI Forum attendees will make their own reservations directly with the Hotel Reservations Department at 719-955-5600. When booking your reservation for our block, please mention HDI Forum as your group code. Reservations cannot be made via Facsimile, E-mail, or by Mail due to PCI compliance. When calling for reservations, a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax will be required. An American Express, Visa, Diner’s Club, Master Card, Discover or Carte Blanche credit card number with the expiration date will be required to guarantee the reservation. Reservations and deposits received after the cut-off date will be confirmed on a space available basis at published rates.
