HDI CSAT Elite 50 Ranking
Introducing the HDI CSAT Elite 50, a ranking that recognizes outstanding technical service and support centers across the country!
HDI uses the HDI Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Service to track and trend customer satisfaction ratings from year to year. (Not an HDI CSI Service user? Well, first things first: Learn more and sign up for a free three-month trial today!)
Based solely on the data collected over a twelve-month period, participating technical service and support centers will be identified as leaders in the industry. The fifty support centers with the highest scores will then be recognized by HDI as members of the HDI CSAT Elite 50, and will receive a certificate of recognition they can proudly display in their offices as a symbol of their commitment to excellence. Teams that qualify for the HDI CSAT Elite 50 ranking will also be recognized at the HDI Annual Conference & Expo, where they will be lauded as industry leaders in front of their peers and other organizations.
HDI will conduct annual reviews of the HDI CSAT Elite 50 ranking. Support teams can qualify each year, as long as they have received a minimum of 500 survey responses over a six-month period. The support centers’ overall customer satisfaction ratings will be based on twelve months of data, allowing for accurate trending.
There is no need to apply for this ranking; since HDI automatically records overall customer satisfaction scores and trends, we make sure you get the recognition you deserve!
