HDI's prestigious Team Excellence Award honors the team that has most enhanced the image of the IT service and support profession by setting and achieving the highest standards of excellence in providing support. The HDI Team Excellence Award is the "gold medal" of the IT support industry. The selection of the Team Excellence Award winner is based on specific criteria that evaluate the applicants' ability to demonstrate excellence in three categories: people, process and technology.
