This secure portal contains documentation, forms, exercises, and other materials for instruction. For each course for which the instructor is approved, they will be granted access to the PowerPoint presentation and other course specific materials via this portal.
If an instructor guide is available for a course, the guide will be mailed to the instructor once they are authorized to deliver that course.
All HDI Certified Instructors are placed on an email distribution list to receive announcements about courseware updates, process changes, and other distributed information.
If a course update requires a Train-the-Trainer (TTT) virtual classroom delivery, the instructors will be notified of the TTT virtual classroom course date and access requirements. Virtual classroom courses are delivered using web conferencing technology and an audio bridge. They are recorded and made available for review through the Certified Instructor Resources portal.
