Brittany Muxlow is the senior support team lead at Cerner Corporation, where manages the four Millennium Service Desk teams in the Application Services organization. She's committed, passionate, effective, and respected. Her incredible work ethic and enthusiasm for support is contagious.

IT Infrastructure Support Analyst/Lead
Kristin works for the Information Systems and Technology division for the Department of Health and Human Services. She has worked for the State of Nebraska for 26 years, in the following capacities: Training Coordinator, Help Desk Coordinator, Senior Help Desk Coordinator, Infrastructure Support Analyst, Senior Infrastructure Support Analyst, and in her current position as Infrastructure Support Analyst - Lead. Kristin holds a bachelor's degree in education, a master's degree in Adult Education, and an associate's degree in Computer Science. Within her current position, Kristin is responsible for active directory administration on 2 domains, email administrator for 6500 customers, SQL database administration, desktop support, and computer security, as well as level 2 software/desktop support. Kristin is the technical point of contact for two help desks and monitors the day to day work of six IT analysts. She loves learning new things, solving problems, and helping others. Kristin is married to Mark and they have two daughters; Elizabeth-29 and Alexandra-26. Kristin loves to ride bicycles and has numerous bikes. Her favorite type of riding is gravel riding in the country on her fat bike. She commutes to work every day and bike races competitively. In August, Kristin competes in a race called Gravel Worlds. This race draws over 500+ people to Nebraska from all over the country and is a one-day 150 mile gravel bike race. Kristin has competed in the race three times and has come in 3rd place twice, of which she is pretty proud! She is excited to compete in the race again this August!

Leslie Cook is a dynamic business leader and expert facilitator who single-handedly built the HDI Leadership Forum program from the ground up starting back in 2004. Now, as Director of Membership, Cook not only builds, directs, and provides leadership and oversight to her department and team at HDI, but plays an active role in the professional growth and development of her members and customers. She is a consummate professional who drives efficiency in highly matrixed environments, builds partnerships with crucial stakeholders, and consistently executes initiatives that exceed expectations.

“I have a genuine passion for the products and services HDI affords our valued customers,” says Cook. “My tireless commitment to ongoing development of the HDI community has allowed me to deliver customer-focused solutions that demonstrate membership value and build foundations for loyal, long-term client relationships and results.”
