It’s the end of the year, a time to reflect on what went well and what could have gone better. In our professional lives, it’s also a great time to celebrate the people who have influenced us the most in our careers.
We want to hear from you, the members of the tech support and service management community. Help us identify the people who are shaping the future of technical support. From your point of view, tell us who has made an impact on the industry in 2017. We’ll use your suggestions to put together this year’s list of HDI’s Top 25 Thought Leaders in Technical Support and Service Management.
Take the survey!
Maybe it was a blog series you read that made you think about things differently. Maybe it was a presentation at HDI Conference & Expo or at FUSION that made you think about something a little differently, gave you someplace to start from, or gave you the guidance you needed to continue improving in your work. Maybe it was someone you met at an HDI Local Chapter meeting who helped you understand the direction you needed to move forward. Whoever it was, we know that someone had an impact on your thinking about your work and your profession this year.
Help us identify the people who are shaping the future of technical support.
Our very short survey will be open through December 24, 2017, to ask you who should be included on our list. We very much appreciate your time and input in helping us identify the people who are shaping the future of technical support and service management.
