When I look at the world of service and support, I see a community-minded industry. I see people sharing ideas and guidance on best practices for managing people, process, and technology. I see people committed to helping each other be the best they can be.

For several years, we’ve been celebrating that spirit by recognizing the Top 25 Industry Influencers in Technical Support and Service Management. It’s time to do that once again. But we need your help.

We want to hear from you, the members of the tech support and service management community. Tell us who you turn to for guidance. Who has influenced you the most and helped you advance your career? Help us identify those people who are shaping the future of technical support.

We’ll use your suggestions to put together this year’s list of HDI’s Top 25 Thought Leaders in Technical Support and Service Management.

Maybe it was a blog series you read that made you think about things differently. Maybe it was a presentation at HDI Conference & Expo or at Service Management World that made you think about something a little differently, gave you someplace to start from, or gave you the guidance you needed to continue improving in your work. Whoever it was, we know that someone had an impact on your thinking about your work and your profession this year.
