I have led and managed help desks and service desks at IBM, Target and Texas.gov, and other support contact centers for Medtronic and Wells Fargo. In the past I have spoken at HDI events and have numerous articles published in SupportWorld and other industry periodicals. I am now in an exciting role as Senior Manager, IT Support at Northern Tool and Equipment.
