Richard Sykora



Richard Sykora has over 23 years’ experience in Call Center management and operations. Richard developed successful support models in both national and global operations and has been a speaker at industry conferences leading groups in various best practices in the Call Center world. He also has navigated through several large-scale transformation projects resulting in significant cost savings throughout the support organization. Richard is Senior Manager, Support Operations at Blackbaud, and is Lean Practitioner Certified. Richard volunteers with the ReStart Career program and is currently Vice-Chair and Marketing Chair.
