Top-Ranked Support Centers in Customer Satisfaction
The HDI CSAT Elite 50 recognizes outstanding technical service and support centers around the world. These support centers are ranked based on customer satisfaction survey responses gathered by the HDI Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Service, an independent, third-party tool that tracks and trends customer satisfaction from year to year.

Based solely on the data collected over a calendar year, the fifty support centers with the highest scores in customer satisfaction are recognized by HDI as members of the HDI CSAT Elite 50. Teams that qualify for the HDI CSAT Elite 50 are recognized at the HDI Annual Conference & Expo, where they are lauded as industry leaders in front of their peers and other organizations. The top-ranked support center is revealed during a general session, and the top fifty support centers' names are displayed in the conference space. Each ranked support center receives a certificate of recognition they can proudly display in their offices as a symbol of their commitment to excellence.
All active HDI CSI Service users as of December 31 are automatically included in the annual ranking; there's no need to apply. Rankings presented through 2017 were based on the average of all responses to the question How satisfied are you with the overall service experience. All future rankings will be based upon the average of responses received by a given support center (not the company) to all five questions. To qualify, a support center must have at least six months worth of data and must have received at least 500 survey responses (this total must represent at least 5% of the total tickets closed during the year).
