    There are several Leadership Forums to choose from, so you can join the group of peers you identify with the best. Grouped by industry and role, each Leadership Forum assemble multiple meetings annually with a comprehensive, participant -driven agendas that speak directly to your precise challenges and objectives. Addressing role- or industry-specific operational, strategic, and organizational development needs, HDI Leadership Forums span the following areas:

    Desktop Support Forum

    Recommended for leaders managing desktop support organizations or all sizes. Cross-industry. 

    Executive Forum

    Exclusively for leaders, directors and above, from large organizations managing 50 or more IT service management, technical support, and/or desktop support staff. Cross-industry.

    Healthcare Providers Forum

    Exclusively for leaders in healthcare managing IT service management, technical support centers, and/or desktop support organizations in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare systems of all sizes and affiliations (public, private, non- profit, university supported).

    Higher Education Forum

    Exclusively for leaders in higher education institutions managing IT service management, technical support centers, and/or desktop support organizations in colleges, universities, technical institutes, and other similar organizations of all sizes and affiliations.

    Retail Forum

    Exclusively for leaders managing IT service management, technical support centers, and/or desktop support organizations of all sizes in restaurant, retail, and hospitality industries.

    Support Center Leadership Forum

    Recommended for leaders managing IT service management and/or technical support centers in organizations of all sizes that serve internal and/or external customers. Cross-industry.


    If you don't see the right Forum for you, request a new one ! We'll launch it once we have sufficient interest. To maintain an interactive, personal environment, each Leadership Forum is limited to 40 participants.

By simply sending an email, I can gather tips and tricks on any IT topics pertaining to support.
