Tom Wible is a program lead at CGI Federal on the US Environment Protection Agency (EPA) Central Data Exchange (CDX) IT Service account. Tom currently leads software development and support activities for the Toxics Release Inventory program and a number of regulatory reporting applications within EPA’s Office of Air and Radiation (OAR). Tom has more than twenty years of experience implementing IT systems in the public and private sector. In addition to holding an MBA and a certificate in ITIL Foundations, Tom is a certified Project Management Professional, Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, and Document Imaging Architect.
