The HDI team would like to honor the memory of our Service Management World 2018 keynote speaker, Tom Kadlec, who passed away on October 24, 2018.
Tom inspired our attendees with his valuable insights on the power of a high performing team and investing in your people. His contributions to the global IT community were valued by all who worked with Tom during his impressive career.
We extend our deepest condolences to Tom’s family, friends, and colleagues.
