SupportWorld Live 2023, powered by HDI, is just around the corner, and registration is open for the conference and expo, which is being held April 30 - May 5 at MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
For those who haven’t attended in the past, SupportWorld Live (SWL to its friends) brings together the global IT service and support communities to share best practices, network, and celebrate success. The expo is filled with hundreds of sessions, case studies, workshops, and panel discussions, as well as an expo hall loaded with today’s top technologies and solutions.

IT Service Can be Silly?
For example, we know that IT support and service pros aren’t usually the first to cut loose on stage, and that’s why we brought keynote speaker and hypnotist Wayne Lee to help. Wayne used his power of persuasion to create an impromptu orchestra out of conference attendees.
