Supportworld Live is just around the corner. Every year, this leading event for service and support professionals features HDI’s Global Service and Support Awards. These awards recognize the individuals, teams, and organizations that have achieved and maintained the highest standards of excellence in technical support and service management over the past year.

Each application is judged by long time industry experts and practitioners. Collectively, the winners showcase the best of the best of IT service and support.
